Is artificial sweetener used by diabetic safe ?

Saccharin: increase risk of cancer bladder
Sorbitol: produce diarrhoea
Aspartame: destroyed by heat so can not be used in baking or cooking
Acesulfame: can be used in cooking & baking
Fructose: is effective but can increase blood cholesterol
So artificial sweeteners should be avoided.
